DRINKS Assure Compliance & Tax on Shopify POS

DRINKS Assure merchants can now verify compliance and properly charge tax when using Shopify POS

Steps to implement DRINKS Assure Compliance on Shopify POS

1. The POS sales channel should be enabled

2.    Click on POS apps

3.   Select Drinks Point of Sale Compliance, click on Add to All

4.    Create POS accounts, and select permissions level, for each internal user that needs access to the POS App.

• Full Permissions
• Limited Permissions
• Associate

5.     Download Shopify POS App in the App store on a tablet (for optimal viewing).

6.     Find and click the "DRINKS Compliance" tile in the Shopify POS App.

7.     Once an order is placed in POS look for the message if Compliance passed or failed.

• If compliance failed a reason will be provided.
