Using the ShipCompliant Fulfillment Tab

The ShipCompliant Fulfillment tab in DRINKS Assure provides real-time visibility into how your orders are syncing with ShipCompliant. It allows you to quickly confirm that orders are passing through correctly, identify any rejections or errors, and ensure that fulfillment data is flowing to your fulfillment partners/systems. Monitoring this tab helps you proactively address issues that could delay shipments or affect compliance reporting. 

The ShipCompliant integration supports AutoFile reporting and order routing to your chosen 3PL fulfillment partners after orders have had tax and/or compliance performed on them in the DRINKS Assure app.  

 

Monitoring Orders 

To confirm that orders are passing through correctly, regularly review the ShipCompliant Fulfillment tab, located in the left-hand navigation of the DRINKS Assure app. 

This page allows you to: 

  • Filter orders by date, status, and ShipCompliant submission time 
  • Sort orders for easy review 
  • View order statuses to identify and resolve any issues 

 

Understanding ShipCompliant Statuses 

Clicking on an order displays its ShipCompliant Status, which can help you troubleshoot integration issues. 

Status Types 

  • Accepted - ShipCompliant has received the order, but it is not yet marked complete. For status details outside of DRINKS Assure, check ShipCompliant directly or consult your fulfillment partner’s system. 
  • Done - ShipCompliant has marked the order as complete. 
  • A filled progress circle means the order was delivered (based on the Shopify Fulfillment status). 
  • An unfilled progress circle means the order was canceled after reaching ShipCompliant. No further action is needed. 
  • Not Submitted - the order has not yet been sent to ShipCompliant and is waiting to sync. 
  • Rejected - the order could not be accepted by ShipCompliant. Hover over the status to view the error message. Common reasons include: 
  • Missing brand setup – The brand is not configured in ShipCompliant. Add the brand to allow the order to pass through. 
  • Missing product setup – A product in the order is not configured in ShipCompliant. Add the product to allow the order to pass through. 
  • Invalid or missing billing address – ShipCompliant requires a valid billing address. Add or update this information to proceed. 
  • Invalid shipping address – The shipping address must include the recipient’s first and last name. Alcohol cannot be shipped to PO boxes.
